What you need for No Bake Cornflake Cookies!
- White granulated sugar
- Corn Syrup
- Butter (only 2 tablespoons)
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- Cornflakes
How to make No Bake Cornflake Cookies
This 5-ingredient cookie recipe is the perfect treat! Here is how to make No Bake Cornflake Cookies!
First, add the sugar, corn syrup, and butter to a sauce pan and heat over the stovetop. (But DO NOT boil.)
Next, remove the saucepan from the stovetop and mix in the peanut butter.
Now, pour the peanut butter mixture over the cornflakes and carefully stir until combined. (Try not to crunch up the cornflakes.)
Then, make the cornflake cookies using a cookie scoop and place them on parchment paper.
Finally, let the cookies cool and set completely. ENJOY!

Yields: 16 No Bake Cookies
Preparation: 15 minutes
Baking time: None
Additional time: 15 – 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups Cornflakes
Directions:
Combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a small sauce pan and melt together over medium-low heat until the sugar dissolves (do not boil mixture).
Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter.
Pour peanut butter mixture over cornflakes and mix until combined (be careful not to crunch up the corn flakes too much).
Line a cookie sheet or counter with parchment paper and use a 1.5 – 2 tablespoon cookie scoop to create cookie balls.
Place cookie balls on prepared parchment paper and let cool completely.
Notes:
