How do I make Monster Cheesecake?
Monster Cheesecake is SO easy! Especially No Bake Monster Cheesecake! You will need the basic no bake cheesecake ingredients plus peanut butter, M&Ms, and chocolate chips!
Add all of the cheesecake ingredients together and beat until smooth. Then add the peanut butter, M&Ms, and Chocolate Chips!
Tip: You will want to let the cheesecake sit in the fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight so that it becomes firm. Try not to garnish the cheesecake until you are ready to serve so the color on the M&Ms doesn’t bleed.
Can I use greek yogurt instead of sour cream in No Bake Cheesecake?
Yes! Absolutely! I have done it both ways and I couldn’t tell a difference. Use a vanilla greek yogurt or a full fat sour cream – whichever you have already!
I do think that it sets more firm with sour cream over greek yogurt, but the taste is the same.

Why is it called a monster dessert?
It’s called a Monster Cheesecake or Monster Cookies because it’s a mashup of several components in the dessert (chocolate chips, M&Ms, Oats, Peanut Butter).
This would also be a fun cheesecake to make for Halloween. Just add some Eyeball Sprinkles to the garnishing!
