These Easy Oreo Cookie Brownies are absolutely THE BEST Oreo Cookie ever! Made easy with a box brownie mix and just few ingredients! Here’s how to make these DELICIOUS Oreo Stuffed Brownie Cookies!
First, begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Then mix together the brownie mix and flour. Add in the eggs, butter, and vanilla.
Next, create cookie dough balls using a cookie scoop. (Each Oreo Cookie will need 2 cookie dough balls.) Place an Oreo on top of a cookie dough ball and press down.
Place the other cookie dough ball on top (sandwiching the Oreo in the middle) and seal the Oreo inside by pressing the edges together. Space the dough balls out 2″ apart on a baking sheet and bake them for about 8 minutes
Time to prep the chocolate glaze! (YUM!) Mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder together, then add in the water and vanilla.
Whisk together until smooth.
Once the cookies are finished baking, spoon the glaze over the top of the cookies.
Finally, top each Oreo Cookie with crushed Oreos. Let them finish cooling before serving. How yummy do these look?!?

What is the difference between brownie and brownie cookie?
A brownie is typically baked in a baking dish while brownie cookies are created with a cookie scoop and baked like a cookie. The recipe is slightly different, but you use the base of a brownie mix.
Brownie cookies can also be fudgy, just be sure not to over bake them or else they will be hard and dry. I prefer to take my cookies out of the oven a minute or so before they’re done baking and let them finish baking on the baking sheet.
Can I add an extra egg to Oreo Stuffed Brownies?
This Oreo Brownie Cookies Recipe calls for 2 eggs. Adding more eggs will make the cookies more “cake-like” instead of fudgy. I recommend sticking with the 2 eggs for these Fudgy Oreo Brownie Cookies.
Do you bake Oreo Stuffed Brownie Cookies on the top or bottom rack?
Every oven will bake a little differently. Usually placing the rack in the middle of the oven is pretty safe for baking cookies. It allows for good circulation and baking conditions.
